What to see

Get to know the pretty harbor town of Lobito with its colonial flair and enjoy the laid back atmosphere of the city. Walk in the footsteps of history and take the train between Lobito and Benguela.

Relax on the pitoresque beaches of Benguela province and taste the specialties of the region. The train will take us from Benguela to Huambo, where we will delve even deeper into Angola’s history.

In the former Nova Lisboa you will see unique places such as the house of the former UNITA president Jonas Malheiro Savimbi and learn more about the history and perspectives of the opposing party on the former civil war.

We visit the Florestal Reserve of Kavongue and meet the King of Mbalundo, where we witness various ceremonial acts and traditional dances.
